During the Christmas holidays we took advantage of being so close to Wales by visiting Coed Llandegla Forest for some walking in the trees. There are three walking routes as well as mountain bike tracks so there is plenty to see and do there. We only had time for a short wander as we arrived late (after enjoying the drive in the freezing fog and mist) that we just did the Blue Walk. The Forest walk.
Sharing our adventure on the Blue Route
To give you a taster of what you can see there – in anticipation of my blog post that I am sure will follow very shortly this week! I have created another mini tour video to share with you.
I have to say that we are definitely planning another visit to Coed Llandegla forest when we next have some extended time on the Wirral or in Wales because the longer routes look fantastic! If the shorter blue route is anything to go by (as you will see in the video) then the others promise to be even better!
I hope you enjoy the video!
Do you enjoy seeing video on the blog? What is your favourite way to find out about places to visit in Manchester and the North West?
Let me know in the comments – I’d love to make my blog a really valuable resource for you 🙂
